Impacts of Fe-Based Amorphous HB1 Core Transformers on Energy Efficiency and Environment Protection

چکیده

In this paper, the properties of the physical and chemical materials, such as low loss amorphous HB1 core, high temperature resistance winding and insulation vegetable oil have been developed for use in liquid-immersed power transformer. The measured results of magnetic properties with different ferromagnetic materials core were obtained. Considering winding property for operation above 95°C condition, the coil manufacturing was constructed with double layer of Nomex insulation paper and conductor. The effective heat transfer and satisfied electrical insulation property has illustrated by lightning impulse test. For environment protection concept of field, practical using insulation vegetable oil can be successfully incorporated into power transformer by dissolved gas analysis (DGA). To investigate the performance of magnetic properties, a 3-phase liquid-immersed amorphous-cored power transformer with capacity 1MVA is fabricated. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed environment protection transformer can provide better performance of lower core loss, exciting power, noise and low CO2 gas discharge than the conventional counterpart.
